Hey Yall, this is my 90 Day Body Transformation :-)


So, let me get straight to the point on this one.  I'm not all that impressed with my 90 Day Result so far.  I remember first stepping on the scale a few months ago and realizing I had gained over 35lbs!  My body was not in the same shape!  Watch this video if you haven't on when I first decided to get my body back into shape.  I even show the moment I stepped on the scale and saw that number...ugh...

Although I have put in some Quality work: going to the gym, incorporating more cardio, cleaning up my diet by stopping the fried foods, juices, and sodas, doing home workouts, practicing my hiit/ high intensity interval training routines...

Even after 90 days, I still feel like I have a long way to go!  Today I have decided to change my commitment.  Over this trying 90 day journey, I was committed to trying to get myself back into the shape I was before, back into the strength and beauty I know I can be.  Look at this before picture...

Now look at this picture when I found out I gained over 35 pounds.  

Can you see the difference?  I can.  But like I said, instead of striving to get myself BACK to the old shape of me...I'm making a new commitment. My new commitment is to get myself into the NEW, best shape of my life!  Since I literally can't go backward and rewind time, I'm just going to focus on moving forward.  Sounds simple, but it really took me sometime to come to this realization.  I know that my body can be strong and shapely but I'm ready to stop focusing on what I used to look like and start focusing on what I CAN look like in the future starting today.  

Over this 90 day process I have seen a difference in my body.  But, of course I want to be as strong as I can be.  Being a coach, life goals counselor, accountability partner, public speaker, and performer takes real Energy.  I want to truly be ALL that I can be, so that I can give my clients ALL that I have to give.

Do you ever get sad or depressed knowing that you haven't given ALL that you can give?  I know I do!  In this life there are so many pressures and right now I'm definitely feeling the pressure to tone not only my body up but to tone everything up!  

The thing that always helps me out of that sad feeling is remembering I am on track to my achieving my goals.  I can look at my list of goals for my life AND look at the plan I have in place everyday and realize how far I have come just by taking little steps everyday!  If you have a list of goals then you know how helpful it is to see things being checked off and done, it gives you that feeling of accomplishment.

Well, back to this process, this body transformation journey.  I am much more confident now that I have alleviated the pressure of trying to become my old shape again.  I am excited to see what my new best shape will be like!!
