So, I'm officially unhappy with my body and it's time for a change!!

Working out and exercising in the gym is one of the powerful personal development steps I took in the beginning when I first started dealing with my depression.

But if you don't use it you will loose it and the fact that I haven't been in the gym shows terribly in the way my body looks here.

My goals are as following: tighten my waist, gain more definition in my mid section, round out my hips with muscle, gain definition in my legs, thin out my arms and gain over all tone and definition.  My goal here does not consist of an actual number, specific pounds to lose.  But I do absolutely recommend, especially when I work 1 on 1 with clients, that you set Very Specific goals.  Although I'm not using specific pounds, I do have a vision board hanging up with specific measurements that are my body goals.

My biggest goal here is to reach my measurements and maintain an ideal weight!  I'm really excited to continue on this journey and really develop my body in all the ways that I know it can be developed.

A few things I Don't like about this current body:

-my hip dips...because I know that I can simply smooth that out with muscle and it will be rounder and smoother

- the extra fat in my mid section...because I'm used to having a flat, tight smaller mid section

-the dimples on my thighs period. __________

-the way I feel when I can't even move easily and do all the things I want to do

-big arms :-(

I'm working out to feel lighter, free, and more confident in my bikini!  I want to have nice definition in my body and be proud of what I have!  I only get one body, so I want to make it the best I can!
